The Averion System

How all seven work as one system

Averion is not a product line - it is a layered solution installation system. Each product prepares, bonds, protects, or removes the chemical layer before it - no product works alone. Together they form a controlled adhesion-and-release cycle, from scalp prep through to safe, non-traumatic removal.

Step 1 of 7

Removes oils, balances the scalp, and creates a controlled adhesion surface.

Phase 1 - Prep (Scalp Chemistry Reset)

Alcohol Denat. removes surface lipids; Niacinamide + Zinc PCA stabilize the scalp environment; PVP + AMP-Acrylates create a micro-anchoring surface; Salicylic Acid lightly exfoliates.

Result: A clean, adhesion-ready surface.

Step 2 of 7

Forms a flexible bonding film for lace adhesion.

Phase 2 - Bond Creation

The polymer film forms a flexible adhesive layer as water and solvent evaporate, locking in a reversible polymer network.

Result: A semi-permanent but flexible bonding layer.

Step 3 of 7

Applies pressure to activate polymer bonding and lace conformity.

Phase 3 - Mechanical Activation

Melt Band™ compression forces polymer chains closer together; pressure improves adhesion density and helps prevent lift during curing.

Result: Stronger molecular bonding of the adhesive layer.

Step 4 of 7

Softens the lace edge and blends the adhesive line visually into the scalp.

Phase 4 - Lace Integration

Mousse System™ breaks surface tension at the lace interface and softens the polymer edge transition, creating a seamless melt effect.

Result: Seamless lace-to-skin blending.

Step 5 of 7

Locks baby hairs and seals hairline micro-frizz zones.

Phase 5 - Edge Stabilization

Edge Control applies a secondary polymer film at the hairline, reducing micro-lift zones and locking fine hairs into the adhesive matrix.

Result: A reinforced perimeter seal.

Step 6 of 7

Seals shine, reduces friction, and protects the installed unit.

Phase 6 - Surface Protection

Silk Serum™'s silicone and ester film coats the hair surface, reduces friction between lace and environment, and helps resist humidity breakdown.

Result: Long-wear protection and shine.

Step 7 of 7

Breaks polymer chains and safely dissolves adhesive from skin and lace.

Phase 7 - Removal (Reverse Chemistry)

Lace Release™ V2.1 solvents penetrate the polymer chains and break the adhesive bonds (not the skin's own bonds); emulsifiers lift residue cleanly while the skin-recovery actives restore the barrier.

Result: Clean removal with minimal trauma to the scalp.

One cycle

Adhesion, then release

Each step prepares, bonds, protects or removes the layer before it. The last step dissolves what the first three built, which leaves the scalp ready to start again.
